Bring your own API key to enable AI meal suggestions based on your remaining daily macros. Your key is stored only in this browser โ never sent anywhere except the provider you select.
โ ๏ธ API key stored in localStorage. Anyone with access to this browser can read it. For a pilot this is fine; for production, use a backend proxy.
Data
Program Only exports just workout templates + program config (no personal meal/weight data) โ safe to share with clients. All Data is a full backup.
Health Integrations

Health data sync requires the native mobile app (React Native version). Browser apps can't access Apple Health, Google Fit, or Samsung Health APIs due to security restrictions.
In the mobile app, you'll be able to:
โข Sync steps, calories, weight automatically
โข Import sleep data
โข Track heart rate and workouts
โข View trends and analytics
